Hello All,
i need some information and help from all of you. I am going to get my green card in late december 2013 and so as my wife. My wife is pregnant and we want our baby to be in India which is due in May 2013. My question is how can i bring my baby here(i am planning to bring my baby in March 2014) and second thing is how my wife will enter USA in 2014. I am on H1B and is going to expire in September 2015 and my GC is in EB3.
Please help me with detail information.

How do you know you are going to get your green card in December 2013?

Anyway, as long as your wife enters the U.S. on immigrant visa taking the child along with her and the child is less than 2 years, the child can automatically get green card. Otherwise, within 6 months of getting immigrant visa, go to the U.S. consulate and get the immigrant visa for the child also.
