green card question
My husband is on h1 and i am on h4 for the past 5 yrs. we were waiting for my husbands employer to sponsor a green card for us, but we found out recently that the employer wont sponsor a green card for us. We are in a panic mode now as our time on h1 is runinig out. So we decided to apply for a green card through an attorney. We did go to an attorney who happens to be an indian he is asking $4200 to apply through 2 categories simultaneously. Now i'm confused whether to invest $4200? Is that attorney capable enough? Pls help.
