Guys, My current employer is Indian consultant with good records. I got another full time opportunity with a US based multinational consulting company. They offer me good package matching my pay, which I currently get today. Moreover they provide bonus, around 25 days of paid holiday, insurance etc etc. But only drawback, as per their policy, they can only process EB3. I need suggestions, whether we can take some risks (wrt visa Stamping, immigration) and stay with current employer processing EB2. Or take full time, just focus on job and process EB3. I am unmarried now and for my family needs I should go to my home country atleast once or twice every year. FYI, My green card processing is not yet started yet by my current employer.
