Hi Friends,
Need your advice. I am in tricky situation. I have masters degree in engineering. Worked with company A for 3 years (short of 19 days) and joined new company B with job requirements Bachelors + 5 yrs exp. I got the job and working with company for past 11 months. Company B is filing my green card. my problem is i am not meeting the criteria of Bachelors + 5 yrs exp. One of my friend suggested to change title and Job requirements of MS + 3 yrs and my company is willing to do it. This will solve my problem. My question is
Can I change title with out filing for new H-1B with job req of MS+3 yrs exp?
