Hi
My current H1B visa expires on Feb 5th 2013. I am planning to apply for third extension to recapture my veracations which will be for 8 Months.
my current employer is not willing to process GC for me.
Do i have sufficient time to get my GC filed if i change my employer?
My labor can be filed as soon as i join the new employer or is there any wait period before filing the labor?
Please provide possible options from your point of you in this case.
