As per site
it says
If you have filed for alien labor certification, then your priority date is the
date on which your application was recieved by the state level agency(SESA).If
instead of labor certificate, you are going through the N1W/Eb1 route, then your
priority date is the date I-140 petition was received by USCIS
It means for EB3 , one should take Priority Date not in I-140 receipt date
Some site says it should be duration of I-140 only
Can any one please advice
