Company started EB3 GC process but getting married to USC soon

My company started the GC process. They still haven't applied for my PERM yet because they are in the lockout period but will by the end of the month. My BF who is a US Citizen proposed and we are planning to get married around April 2012. My H1B 6 year ends in December 1st. Should I let my company know that I will be getting married now? I am scared that I wont get my family based GC before december 1st and I wanted to keep my options open? What will happen to my employment based GC if I don't tell them while applying for family based GC?

Other than tax and benefits related purposes, your employer should not care whether you are married or not.

You can continue both the processes in parallel.
