Hi,
I am employed with Company A on a H1B. As per policy of company A, the notice period after submitting resignation is 3 months.
I have a job offer from Company B which provides very good career growth and pay package. The offer is valid if I can join within a month of the extending the job offer.
Company A will not issue experience certificate of I do not serve the 3 month notice period.
1)
I am planning to initiate green card processing after joining Company B.
From other older posts, I understand that letter from two Colleagues/Managers in their current company's letter head is an acceptable alternative for experience certificate from employer.
Is the still a valid option ?
I checked the usics site for updated information, but I could not find it there.
Please advice based on your experiences in coming across recent GC application process.
2)
Are there any other issues in Visa processing (extension, future re-stamping etc...) due to non-availability of Experience Certificate.
Thanks in advance - ariz2002
