Employer sponsered education will be counted towards Green card qualification?

I have bachleor's degree and working on H1B. Because I am not eligible to file under EB-2, my company sponsoring me to do my MBA here in the U.S.
I am assuming that this Master's degree (MBA) will help me to file under EB-2.
Because this is employer sponsered education, will I have any issues to show this education towards my green card?

Any suggestions will be appriciated.

Hi, I think it should be O.K. I am also trying to do PhD sponsored by my company. It is not important who sponsored your education, but whether you have got advanced degree from US or not is.
