Dear Sir,
1. My H1B is expiring in the first week of November this year (completing my six years and also accounting for number of days outside USA)
2. My company wants to apply for my Green Card now which will be in EB2 category. (I moved a year back to this job and as per their policy they would file for my GC once I complete my one year; I have completed one year and now they want to file)
3. I am Nigerian born Indian citizen and it appears that I will be under current processing times (please correct me if I am wrong)
4. I am not sure if I can get my GC before my H1B expires. In that case what options do I have? Can I work remotely (from India) till I get my GC and come back once I get it?
