How many days it takes to get PERM on EB2 GC processing ?

Hi,

My employer is going to file for my GC on EB2 . I have 14 months left on my H1 B.

In this scenario do I need to stay out of USA for some months ? How long does it take to get the PERM ?

When can my H1 be extended ?

I do have the same situation, but you have to get ur PERM as well as I-140 approved within this 14 months........you can go out of country for a while, if you feel its taking time to get ur PERM approved.....I-140 approval is just 15days in premium processing...

Can someone tell how much time it taakes to get PERM approved after its being filed.....

It's depend, count at lease 6months to 9months .
