AOS retrogression based on spouse citizenship

I have a I-140 approved and waiting to file 485 EB2 category. Got married to a US citizen last year. Is there a relief on the retrogression and 485 wait time based on spouse's citizenship? Otherwise I will have to go the family sponsorship route.

Not really.

Your spouse can sponsor you through family based immigration route. She can file I-130 and I-485 forms at the same time.
