Hi,
I recently came to US in April 2013 on H1 Visa and i fall under EB1 ( manager for MNC ) , i am working for a MNC in INDIA for last 5-6yrs and on Manager position since last 2.5 yrs in india. I am in US currently and working as Project Manager. My question is if my company does not apply green card for me then is it possible in any way to get it filed by another myself or Lawyer or other company in EB1 ?
I would appreciate if anyone could answer and help me on this.
