Parallel processing of two GC applications

Hello,

A prospective new employer few weeks approached me to file for a H1 and GC (as future employee). Both are in process at this moment..

My current employer also now has decided to file for GC in EB1 category.

Is there any problem in two parallel applications? Should I cancel the first one? Please advise.
