I am an Indian citizen. I am on a H1-b visa. My spouse was born in Qatar but still holds an Indian passport. Does it matter where my spouse( who is now on an H4) is born? I have anecdotal experiences where the GC processing seemed to have completed earlier for families in this scenario. Any response will be greatly appreciated.
