    Hi i m physical therapist right now on my h1b with eb2 i140 approved may 2012.

    I m working as a administrator in home healthcare agency and pursuing my doctorate in physical therapy...

    I have 3year work experience in us in varies field 1 paper published and i have done my master from on of the texas university....

    I want to convert from eb2 to eb1 am i eligible?
