Hi All,
I have a question regarding my qualification is equivalent to US Master's degree or not so that I can qualify for EB2 category without going for Bachelor + 5 years of progressive experience.
I have done Bachelor's of Science (3 Years) + Post Graduate a diploma on Computer Science and Application (1 Year) + Masters of Computer Application (2 Years) = Masters Degree (6 Years).
MCA is a 3 years Post Graduate course but my university considers toppers from PGDCS&A eligible for direct admission to 2nd year of MCA. As I was the university topper in PGDCS&A so I got direct admission to 2nd Year. I got the degree for MCA after clearing the 3rd year. I have 12 years of experience.
Please let me know if I am eligible for EB2 category or not. Thanks.
