EB2 - I 485 Waiting time
hi all,
I am trying to estimate waiting time for the last step - I 485. Any advice/opinion will be much aprecciated!
EB2 - employment based, ROW.
Labor approved on Dec 15. 2012. (priority date is current!)
I-140/I 485 filed April 10, 2013 (Eb2 - concurrent)
Fingerprints taken June 5, 2013
I - 140 approved July 1, 2013 (after applying expediting fees)
Got my EAD card and advance parole late May 2013
My I-485 status online STILL says in Acceptance (which is wrong obviously)
My I-140 status online SILL says "Decision" not Post Decision activity -which is odd, since is has been approved
Question is - do i need to worry about online statuses being off AND how much longer do I need to wait? I tried to look up various "trackers", but I dont think I understand how they work.
