Hi,
I am currently on a H1-B visa and am looking to apply for the EB-1 manager/executive GC quota.
I completed my graduation in India and got employed with the same company that I am with now in US... worked three years with them... then I left for USA to do my MBA. Completed my MBA and was hired back with the same company on H1-B visa.
My employer is willing to apply for my Green Card in the EB 1 category... I have direct reportees now however when I was working in India for 3 years I didn't.
Can I still apply for GC through EB-1c or should I be looking at Status Change Application? Or something else?

Oh, additionally.. I have been in USA for 3 years and 8 months. Jan 2010 - May 2011 for MBA and June 2011 - Date for work. Thanks.
