Hello,
I am quite unhappy with my current job and trying to see what my options are for external move. My employer filed a PERM EB3 in April 2013 and we are expecting the PERM to come through any month after which they will apply for my I-140. My H1B 6year expires next month but I have an extension till May 2015 approved.
Do I have any flexibility in applying for external jobs or am I stuck here? Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
