I am working as a team leader in a engineering firm. My employer has started my PERM process with EB2 as I have a masters degree. Recently the human resources team of my employer found that a few of my peers who have same job title as me only have an associates degree but with over 15 years of experience. The lawyer now says that we cannot go forward with my current EB2 application as there is an issue on job requirements. I am currently in my sixth year. If my employee pulls out my EB2 application and reapplies for EB3 what are my options?
