Hello,
My company filed my PERM in May'2013 and apparently it might 6 months before any decision is made. In the meanwhile due to personal emergency back in India I thinking of taking an LoA (Leave of Absence) for 2 months. Therefore, I will be temporarily terminated from my company and outside of US hence I will receive no paycheck for the period of 2 months.
Is that going to hinder my PERM application or any future processes? What preparedness (if any) do I need to deal with it?
Any guidance is appreciate.
