Readvertise for a green card position-HR mistake

Hi

My employer recently put up ads in newspaper for my green card process but the HR made a mistake with respect to the required experience in
the ad. Can they readvertise for the job? Will this affect DOL decision on the requirements for the job? Please help.

Deciding factor

Experience is one deciding factor, there are bound to be consequences. You should probably get in touch with immigration services or consult some immigration law firm who have an excellent track record with addressing such issues.
