Hi,

My employer is filing my green card and it’s in very initial stage. They have just filed Prevailing Wages to labor department.
I want to know that at what step I can know that that my green card is being filed in EB2 or EB3 category? In other words, when would they inform USCIS that my green card is in EB2 or EB3 category?
