EB2 vs EB3
I have 3 years bachelors degree and 18 months diploma in computers from India, plus over 8 years of experience in USA (not counting the previous experience). I already have my GC process started in EB3 with which I got my EAD. I am planning to take a full time offer. The new job roles and responsibilities are different than my previous job. Can I file a new case in EB2 ?
