How soon I can start GC process after arriving in US on L1A visa?

Hello All,

I am moving to US in January on L1A visa. I want to start my Green card processing as soon as possible and my employer is OK with that. I am wondering how much time I have to wait before starting green card process? Can I just start GC process immediately after arriving in US?

As per my understanding, As I am on L1A visa, I won't need Labor certification and I can also file I140 and I485 concurrently. Is it correct?

If your employer is fine with it, you can file it as soon as you reach US.
