Currently I am on H1B and applying PERM soon on EB2 (bachelor +5 years Exp.) After my Bachelor i was working in OPT for a company A and a company B applied for my H1B. My H1B was approved on Dec 13,2010 but i didn't get the Approved letter until Jan 1, 2011. So i was working with company A till Jan 1, 2011. Now i need to calculate the experience for PERM. Should i calculate till Jan 1, 2011 or Dec 13, 2010?
