Is this EB2 or EB3?

I currently have obtained my masters. However, when I started my job, I had not yet completed my masters and thus when I applied, I had to do so as EB3 (and wasn't picked in the lottery). Now that I have my masters, can I apply as EB2, or do I need to start a new job in order to be considered eligible for EB2 status?

Also, if this case ends up being EB3, does that affect my green card route? Or would that be considered different because I have my masters now?
