Hi,
I have recently (starting Sep'13) been promoted to Manager here in the US and have been here for last 3 years. I was in India before and had worked as a team lead managing the client delivery from offshore. My designation did not reflet "Manager" then but the role was of a manager. Now, I am in the US on L1-A visa (starting Sep'13). As I understand, there is an eligibility criteria for GC processing under EB1 category that one should have worked as Manager in the past 3 years (in US or outside US). I wanted to know if I still qualify for GC filing under EB1 category as my designation was not "Manager" prior to sep'13.
