Hi,
My I94 is expiring in a month (L1A already expired) and my GC (EB1) is being processed.
My EAD (I765) & Travel authorization (I131) are approved. I485 (APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS) processing is in progress.
Do I still need to maintain a vaild L1A/I94 status and file an extension (I have only spent 3 years on L1A).
