    GC for son

    My friend had this query. Her son (6 years old) is in India She is working in the US. Her company is processing GC for her in some EB1 category. She has not got passport for her son yet. Is it possible she get GC for her first and then her son later? Or can she make her parents (with whom her son is staying) POA and get passport for her son???
