I have about 15 yrs of experience in IT industry and am working at a senior level position with a big consulting company. I am currently on H1B visa and have my GC applied in 2008 under EB3 category, my I-140 is approved and am waiting for my priority dates. Looking at today's scenario, I think I will have to wait forever to get 2008 priority dates for EB3 and hence my option is to switch to EB2.
I am looking for a company who can sponsor me Green Card in EB2 category, I wont be able to join this company at this time but can surely join them once I get my GC. I will pay all the expenses incurred during the process and would also help the company in whichever way I could ( We can discuss these options).
Please let me know if any of the employers are interested.
