Just a brief , My husband is on L1A and his company will be processing Green card for him.
Can somebody please give list of documents for Green Card of EB1 category?
Is birth certificate necessary for applying GC ?

As someone who recently applied for and received our GCs, my understanding is that you do need the original birth certificate, or in its absence, a certificate from the local municipal corporation stating that the birth certificate is not available (NABC, non-availability of birth certificate). Our lawyers insisted on either of these docs. I managed to get the original birth cert, while my wife could only get the NABC, however both of us got our GCs without any questions/RFEs.
