I am currently on L1-A. While i qualify for EB1 - my comany is still planning to file GC in EB2.
I have about 6 years of L1-A (spent only 1 year in US). my question is: If the company files it in EB2 and the piriority date for India EB2 is not getting current until next 6 years (my L1-A max stay).
1. Do i need to leave the country after expiry of my visa and/or max time ?
2. At what stage of EB2 - can i change employer? how long typically it takes to reach the stage i can change job!.
3. What is the impact if i change employer on mid way of EB2.
