Query regarding work experience for EB2 category

I have 3 questions.

1. What is the minimum work experience required for a bachelors degree holder to be eligible to fall under EB2 category? I read its 5. Please confirm.
2. 5 years work experience with the employer filing GC or the overall work experience of the candidate?
3. Also, are there any minimum work experience constraints with the employer who is filing GC?
