H1B to EB-1c after rejoining

Greetings!!
Since 2009 I am working in US based product company(ABC company) in India as Senior Manager and completed 5 years as Manager.
I am planning to quit the current company and want to move to US on H1b as Software Architect with different employer(XYZ company)
Question : If I rejoin back once again as a senior Manager in previous company(ABC) after 1-2 years with XYZ company... am I eligible for EB1c as I have already worked outside of US as senior manager in ABC company.
