Hi,
I am in the last stages of the interview process with a large company and as the last step i want to talk to them about GC (eventually) but i did observe that they had layoffs in the company (not a large #) but still. I also read that the layoffs happened because they moved from one city to another.
Will this affect the GC process i.e. PERM application process?
I had applied for the new location and I read somewhere that if the location where the job is posted did not have layoffs then they can file for GC but I know for a fact that some other companies dont even file for GC if there is any layoffs.
Please help,
Sam
