I apologize if this question has been asked before, I did a short search but couldn't find one.
I am on an H1B visa currently and have a GC priority date for 2009. Can anyone tell when can we proceed with the Adjustment of status (AOS) process?
The visa bulletin comes out 11th of every month. Lets say, this month of 11th, the newly released bulletin makes my PD current, am I allowed to apply for AOS process right away? Or do we wait for a certain time, like a month etc?
