Green card labor filing question

Helo Everyone,

I am currently in the process of filing my labor. I am working as a java developer, and recently my employer asked if I want to include in the ongoing campaigns of Sr. System Administrator, as currently there is no campaign going on for java developer. It may take another 5-6 month to start the java developer campaign. Can I continue with the current campaign or should I wait till 6 months until they start the campaign for java developer. Please let me know. Thanks,
