Hi all,
I'm an F1 student working on my OPT at this point. My attorney filed everything with the department of Labor yesterday. I didn't get an hold on her yet but I wonder how long it would take for them to make a decision. I'm working as a university professor at the university where I graduated. They had and still have several full time positions open. I graduated in a STEM program, so my OPT is valid for 12 months with 17 months extension. 6 of them passed already.
Any body any idea how long it will take for DOL? I'm from Europe so my EB-2 should be current
