Divorce after employment Green Card

Hello,

I am requesting advice regards a divorce (both Green Card holders after H1B/H4)

Basics:

- We are both from outside US, and we had a marriage before obtaining US H1B/H4 visas
- We both got our Green Cards through Employment Based sponsorship
- Unfortunately, we have arrived at a decision that a divorce would be the best step for us
- We do not have kids
- We have agreed to have a amicable divorce. No compaints

Questions:

a. Can we get divorced here in the US, or do we have to go to our native country?
b. How does the process work in US?
c. Does it have any consequences for our GC status and future US citizenship interview?
