Hi,
I recently received my employee authorization card (after receiving an approval of I765) and wanted to know how long does it usually takes for the I485 to be authorized/rejected at this point?
My I485 was submitted about two months ago along with I765 and I131. I am classified in the second category and according to the visa bulletin for Oct, my numbers are current....

Any idea how long is the I485 at this point?

Most I-485 applicants can expect an interview in 5-7 months from when the I-485 was submitted.

Is there any connection to the I765 and I131 forms if they were all submitted that the same time?

The I-765 and I-131 forms will generate a "combo" card, with "Employment Authorization" on top and "Advance Parole" on bottom, about 3 months after your paperwork is submitted.

You will get email and/or text receipt notices if you submitted form G-1145 form with your package, followed by hardcopy mailed receipt notices.

There will be a Biometrics (fingerprinting) appointment notice sent to you by mail.

The interview appointment notice doesn't normally show for about 5 or 6 months, maye sooner.

I also have an employment based interview soon and I would like to know what they generally ask for. I am currently on F1 switching to perm after being a student for a few years
