EB2 to EB1 (Employee Based + Sports)
Hello Everyone,
My Green Card is in process and its at PERM stage. At this moment, we have filed our case under EB2 category (I have got my masters here in California). Next step is we are preparing for I140.
In 2013 and 2011, I was fortunate enough to represent Team USA in Cricket. I played couple of ICC recognized international tournaments.
My question is, can I use this recognition for my GC case? and Will it help me to get from EB2 to EB1?
Any other suggestion would be appreciated as well.
