Plz help !! Criteria for Eb2 GC process...........urgent!!!
I have done master in US and have total approx 4 yrs of experience. My employer is one of the big Indian IT company and when I applied for GC process, the immigration team within company said that they require min. 1 yrs prior experience before joining them, to be eligible to GC process. So before joining them and after my masters I only have 11 months of experience. They are not ready to accept 1 months shortfall.
Questions is - Is there any rule or condition put by USCIS to have min.1 yrs experience prior to the employer that files for Green card.
Please guide me.
