Employer details for GC filing

Hi,
I am on H1b visa and until now I used up 3 yrs time. My employer suggested me to go for GC filing. But in last 10 yrs my employer filed only one GC . I am not sure if I can go for GC with this employer. Could you suggest what details should I look into to verify if the employer is good for filing my GC. Thank you.

It is not true that if an empoyer files more GC they are better. As long as the employer has the ability to pay and the job is bonafied and you meet the job requirements, no issues. You are propbably over thinking it.
