Hi,
I have couple of questions regarding my green card process :-
I have a total experience of 9 years. I worked in india for 5 years and I have been on H1b for the last 4 years. I am an Associate Manager. My questions are :-
1) Can my employer convert my H1b to l1a and then file on EB1.
2) If my H1b to L1a converison is not approved, can I still continue on my H1b and can they extend my H1b and file my green card.
3) Also, would I fall under the EB2 or EB3 category if I go through the H1b visa.
4) How much faster an EB2 application be in general when compared to an EB3.
