My company is willing to apply for a green card for me, however they are not using the EB2 category instead the EB3 category.
I am PhD holder in mathematics and I would like to apply though the EB2 category.
The job I applied for and currently holding says that PhD. as a desired qualification. My understanding is that EB3 takes longer than EB2.
Question: Am I eligible for EB2 category based on the following advertisement?
