question regarding EB2 and EB3, please help!!
I have M.S. degree from US and currently on H1b. My job requirement is BS with 2-4 years and Masters with 0-2 years. Based on what I have read everywhere, I should be eligible for EB2. Before I joined here, I had one year experinece too with M.S.
My employer says they can do it in EB3 since minimum job requirement is B.S.
Is there a way, I can convince my employer with a solid proof or a document that they should do my green card in EB2?
