I have business administration bachelor degree and MIS degree both are studied in US. Now my employer intend to assist me to apply the GC. Since my work is Business related and few thing about MIS. Can i still apply with EB-2? or I have to work 5+ years to be qualified? or I can apply with EB-3 only? please advise, thank you.
