I have questions on EB-2 eligibility, please find details on my degree and work experience below...
I have done BS (Information Technology) - 5 year degree from US University.
I started working immediately after graduation with Company A, my start date was May-24-2010, till date the duration is 4 years, 8 months, 12 days.
During my undergrad education (BS) I have worked at 2 places full time paid as internship, totaling 1 year...
Note: I have not changed employer since then and still with Company A.
Question:
1. If I complete 5 years with Company A, will I be eligible for EB-2 category?
2. Does my internship prior to graduation count towards the 5 year period?
